“本次住宿我支付了 AUD 384，但整體體驗卻極為失望。 首先，房間內竟未提供基本備品——吹風機。當晚櫃台已關閉，我致電飯店僅被告知需等到隔天早上 9:30 之後才能提供，對於當下急需使用的情況毫無協助。最終我不得不向其他房客借用，極為不便，且令人感到尷尬。 顯然此為貴方工作疏失，忘記於房內擺放設備。但更令人在意的是，整個過程中飯店方面並未給予任何道歉或合理處理，完全忽視客人感受與基本服務品質。”

“As a whole, we have a satisfying and comfortable stay in here. The location is very convincing which is just right next to the Glink tram station and the beach. Everything is neat and tidy, the room is well-appointed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The ocean view is breathtaking as well. The only thing is that the corridor light inside the room burnt out but it doesn’t really cause a big problem. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.”

“Friendly, helpful staff is your first moment at talisman. Our Room was spotless, beds comfortable 6 seater table next to kitchen. 2 huge opening doors/windows in both east and North aspect overlooking the beach. The pool area is lovely with a minimal 1.3metre depth great for adults. Surf Club restaurant easy walking across park. Shopping centre also near by. ”

“The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……
